We talked about the impact of brain drain, i mirrored my thoughts on how we can convert this into brain gain. I highlighted various methods of achieving brain gain after brain drain and enjoined diaspora people not to feel they’ve escaped or abandon their home country, but to understand that there is a special mandate that falls on them to ensure brain gain happens for the benefit of their country.
We talked about those brain gain methods to include:
-partnerships,
-charities,
-medical missions,
-community service and development strides,
-human capital investment and mentorships,
-political governance advocacy to drive for a better leadership that benefits all.
-and many more.
We cannot develop as a nation, if we don’t think back home. No place is like home, and we must contribute our quota to make it work better as we met it.
