CKOi Foundation Rewards Abatete Youth Empowerment Graduates
Sometime ago, the Charles Kene Ojukwu Initiative (CKOi) Foundation pledged to support the Abatete Development Union’s youth empowerment drive by sponsoring young people through a six-month skill acquisition programme in hairdressing. That training has now been successfully completed.
Building on this commitment, the Foundation is pleased to announce cash prizes for the top-performing trainees, following a proper assessment of all participants. The awards, structured as seed capital to help the beneficiaries procure basic salon equipment and set up their trade, are as follows:
-1st Place:N500,000
– 2nd Place:N300,000
– 3rd Place:N200,000
– 4th–6th Place, 100,000 each of the next 3 participating youths.
